Women’s fashion boots – top models trendy in 2016

By  |  0 Comments

When we say “classical boots” what do you picture? Leather, black, brown or whiskey color, stable chunky heel, and high shaft. This model doesn’t change much from season to another, and in 2016 – surprise, surprise! – again the classical shape is part of the boots range offered by various designers and brands. This is not, however, what we want to talk about in this review. Our aim is to show you the most scrumptious women’s boots in a variety of models and colors, which are trendy in the winter season of 2016!

Classical boots (1) this season acquire a new silhouette: they are wide at the ankle, and almost ideally straight, without a curve at the back. This is the most fashionable style of the boot this season.

Chunky high heel, is practically an ideal rectangular and is attached in a way that almost turns into a leg. This is the KEY difference of the fashionable boots this season.

Truth be told, though, the length of the leg,  the height or the shape of the heel, aren’t that important. What IS important, is that the shape of the boot is ideally straight and rectangular.

You will notice, that the thin heel and especially stiletto have stepped down from the fashion Olympus this season. If, however, you wish to purchase a pair of boots with spiked heels, we won’t hold it against you!

Another major fashion trend in boots in 2016 is half boot or mid-calf boot (2) in similar straight structure. Pair them with skinny jeans or a short skirt for extra long legs.

The height of the heel is not so crucial.

The shape itself also plays a secondary role, because it’s the height of the leg that’s crucial, and it should be midi.

We have now walked up to the most unexpected trend of the season – over-the-knee fashion boots (3). We cannot state for certain, whether their triumphant comeback will turn into a lasting trend, but you will definitely be au courant if you wear these gorgeous long boots this season. Tip: they also make you look taller, so if you want to dazzle everyone with those long legs, make sure you add a pair of over-the-knee boots to your wardrobe!

We are sure, you’ll all agree that when we want to look elegant and sophisticated, we choose high heel over a flat shoe. When choosing your new style ‘weapon’ this season, pay attention to the most fashionable heel shapes, but be careful, as not all of them might be flattering.

Cone-shaped heel (4) is very trendy, but in terms of elegance and seduction, it’s a cut below the straight heel.

Fashion boots with a chunky heel (5) look incredibly stylish, however, men see them as rough and ugly (psychology at play here).

Another important trend of the season that we want to point out are fashion boots with fringe (6). We talked at length about this trend in our previous post about the must-haves of winter 2016, so here we will just share these beauties in boho-chic style.
